Great article! Another thing that needs to be addressed that the article did not cover is the fact that a CTE credentialed teacher can only teach a CTE course that was created using CTE Model Curriculum Standards. A CTE teacher could not teach a general education Art, Digital Art, Dance, Theater, Sculpture, Music, etc. class in any grade.
